Lizzy has relayed to me that, against our previous presumption and judge of Mr. Darcy was incorrect according to Mrs. Reynolds. Mrs. Reynolds has reveled that he was a kind hearted and generous young man. Though I must admit that I was taken a back the slightest bit but it was definitely very good to know this. This proves my way of thinking, that there is good in everyone. I have always felt this and the new insight into Darcy is proof of this.

ReplyDeleteI must tell you how different Darcy is from our originial expectations. He is the most generous, kind, caring, and wonderful man I have ever known. I am afraid I am being eaten alive with regret at my refusing of his proposal! To think I could have been living in such a perfect house with such a perfect man! Oh Jane I am so sorry you have such a foolish sister.
